LIVNO, June 5 (Hina) - The chairman of the parliamentary bench of the
Croatian Democratic Union Party of Bosnia-Herzegovina (HDZ BH), Mate
Franjicevic, on Thursday said that HDZ representatives would not take
part in the work of the BH Federation Parliament's Lower House until
preconditions for it, as mentioned in a letter by HDZ representatives,
were provided.
Bosniak (Muslim) representatives were making decisions on issues
of vital national interest by abusing their absolute majority in the
parliament or without representatives of HDZ BH, Franjicevic said upon
returning to Livno from a Lower House meeting in the Bosnian capital.
This practice completely ignored the most significant Federation
Forum conclusions, he added.
Franjicevic also warned that the Muslim-led Party of Democratic
Action, which has the absolute majority in the Lower House, used the
House of Representatives to avoid political agreements, which it earlier
signed with HDZ.
