POREC, Feb 21 (Hina) - The Croatian Tourism Minister Niko Bulic presented
the CD-ROM 'Welcome to Croatia' at today's press conference in the
northern Adriatic town of Porec. The CD-ROM contains 500 photos of Croatian
tourist centres, 33 video shots and 10 interactive maps with tourist
information.
The CD-ROM will be one of main promotion materials of the national
tourism organisation in the forthcoming tourist season.
Bulic also announced the presentation of the Croatian Tourist
Information Service by the Croatian Tourist Society on Internet and the
presentation of Croatia's tourist offer at the tourism fair INTERTURS in
Sarajevo in spring this year.
Bulic said he expected the turnover in Croatia's tourism to register a
20% increase in 1997.
