Ministry said. #L#
The CROLEI index is calculated by the Finance Ministry
and Zagreb Institute of Economy, according to a methodology
developed at the US National Economy Research Bureau.
As the index predicts a trend of industrial production
and global economic activity for five or six months in
advance, the steady growth of the index from March to July
last year convey that we are in a phase of steady increase of
industrial production.
Such movements announced an almost certain growth of
industrial production during the rest of the year, the
statement said.
