HOUSE OF COUNTIES TO HOLD SESSION ON OCTOBER 20TH AND 21ST

( Editorial: --> 8072 ) ZAGREB, Oct 13 (Hina) - Katica Ivanisevic, the President of the House of Counties called the Houses' 20th session which will take place on the 20 and 21 of October. The president suggested an agenda of 12 topics among which are amendments to the Law on Croatian Radio Television, which was suggested by the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) members. The House of Counties will give its opinion on the bill on the election of representatives to the Croatian National Sabor (Parliament). The bill was suggested by the representatives of Croatian Social Liberal Party (HSLS), Croatian People's Party (HNS), Liberal Party (LS), Istrian Democratic Alliance (IDS), Social Democratic Party (SDP), and Croatian Peasants' Party (HSS). A proposal of the Croatian Pure Party of Rights on the bill on the election of representatives to the Croatian National Sabor is on the suggested agenda. (hina) it jn/lml 131736 MET oct 98
