ZAGREB, Sept 21 (Hina) - The laureates of the last international
pianists' competition "Vladimir Horrovitz" which takes place in
Kijev every other year since 1993, will hold four concerts in
Croatia, in the cities of Zagreb, Zadar, Dubrovnik and Split.
Eight Ukrainian pianists are taking part in the concert, Oleksander
Grynyuk, Vadim Kholodenk, Denis Proshchaev and Viacheslav Zubkov.
One Croatian pianist will also participate at every concert.
Zvonimir Nagy will play in Zagreb, Lana Genc in Zadar, Jelena
Vjestica in Split, and Ruzica Koncul in Dubrovnik.
The first concert will take place in Zagreb on September 22.
The winners of the "Vladimir Horrovitz" are holding concerts all
over the world. This year's visit to Croatia will mark the seventh
anniversary of the independence of Ukraine.
