ZAGREB, Sept 21 (Hina) - A documentary entitled "My Brother Ante" by
Croatian director Petar Krelja was awarded a special prize by the
international Catholic panel of judges at the international
television festival "Prixitalia".
The festival took place in the Italian town of Assisi from September
13 to 20.
The panel of judges chose Petar Krelja's film over 90 television
films and documentaries because, as they said, it was the most
impressive work relaying human morality, the Croatian Radio and
Television said on Monday.
The film "My Brother Ante" was shown to more than 2,000 visitors on
Sunday night at the San Francesco d'Assisi basilica.
The festival was directly broadcast by the Italian radio and
television network RAI.
"Prixitalia" is one of the most important international radio and
television festivals. It celebrated its 50th anniversary this
year, and Assisi, the birth town of San Francisco, was chosen as the
host town.
