ZAGREB, Sept 15 (Hina) - The International Monetary Fund's
Technical Mission on Tuesday began a ten-day working programme in
Zagreb by holding talks at the Croatian National Bank (HNB).
Headed by Warren Coats, the mission's goal is the advancement of the
banking system in Croatia, the HNB said in a statement.
During their stay in Croatia, members of the mission will hold talks
at the Ministries of Finance and Justice, the State Agency for the
Protection of Savings Deposits and the Rehabilitation of Banks, the
Banks Association, several major Croatian banks, and other state
bodies and branch offices of international financial
institutions.
