SARAJEVO, Aug 14 (Hina) - The New Croat Initiative (NHI) party
established a central council on Friday.
According to the statute the council comprises of 150 members and
its main task is to discuss all issues regarding the work of the
NHI.
"In this really short period of two months we have managed to
accomplish a difficult and demanding task of establishing a new
party, and this has been done very successfully," president of the
NHI, Kresimir Zubak, said in Sarajevo on Friday.
He stressed that in the next month that is left until the general
elections in Bosnia-Herzegovina, the party needed to approach
voters more aggressively in order to achieve the best possible
results, especially "in areas where the Croatian Democratic Union
of Bosnia-Herzegovina has created an atmosphere of fear and where
people are not allowed to publicly support the NHI".
