ZAGREB, July 2 (Hina) - Croatian president Franjo Tudjman on
Thursday received Croatian Army officers who finished their
training in the United States: Maj. Gen. Damir Krsticevic, Staff
Brigadier Zdenko Radulj, Brigadier Mato Padjen, Brigadier Zdravko
Klanac, Lt. Col. Marin Puh and Master Sergeant Predrag Toplak.
Tudjman was informed about the course of training and their newly
acquired experiences.
Congratulating the officers on their successfully completed
education, Tudjman said that their newly attained knowledge and
experience acquired in the Homeland war should be used for the
development of the independent democratic Croatia.
Present at the talks were also Defence Minister Andrija Hebrang,
Croatian Army Chief-of-Staff lt. Gen. Pavao Miljavac, head of the
President's military cabinet Maj. Gen. Darko Grdic and
Presidential Chief Aide Maj. Gen. Kresimir Kaspar.
