SARAJEVO, June 29 (Hina) - The New Croat Initiative (NHI) and the
Croatian Christian Democratic Union of Bosnia-Herzegovina (HKDU
BiH) have formed a coalition for the upcoming September elections,
the NHI headquarters said Monday.
The two parties said their coalition remained opened for new
alliances.
The statement on forming the coalition was signed by the leaders of
the two parties, Kresimir Zubak and Ante Pasalic.
Another coalition was formed today in Sarajevo between the Croat
Peasants' Party of Bosnia-Herzegovina (HSS BiH) and the Croat
People's Union (HNZ).
The HSS president Ilija Simic told Hina the two parties were
considering an alliance with the HKDU and HNI.
According to the regulations of the Provisional Election
Commission, the deadline for the establishment of new coalitions is
July 1.
