LUXEMBOURG, April 27 (Hina) - At a two-day meeting in Luxembourg,
the European Union Council of Ministers on Monday adopted an
additional conclusion on Croatia, saying Croatia's behaviour would
determine whether the EU would consider its support to the donors'
conference, which should be held in Zagreb in May.
The Council of Ministers reiterates its concern at the lack of
progress made by Croatia in the area of refugee return.
It also reiterates its expectation that Croatia would take rapid
action to improve performance in the area of refugee return.
The EU expects Croatia's full participation at the Regional
Conference on refugee return in Banja Luka on April 28.
"In line with the regional approach, the Union will consider its
support for the Croatian Conference on Reconstruction and
Development in the light of Croatia's acts," the conclusion reads.
