ZAGREB, Apr 21 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman on
Tuesday received a delegation of the Croatian Victimology Society
headed by Society President Zvonimir Separovic.
The delegation acquainted President Tudjman with the organisation
of the First Croatian Victimology Congress, which will take place
in Zagreb between June 19 and 21, under the auspices of President
Tudjman.
The congress will gather experts from Croatia and abroad. Its aim is
to apply a scientific basis to confirm the suffering of people and
the destruction of cultural and sacral monuments during the
aggression on Croatia.
Participants in the congress will also exchange experience in
aiding victims.
Also present at today's talks were Tudjman's chief-of-staff Hrvoje
Sarinic, Tudjman's advisor for humanitarian activities Slobodan
Lang, and Tudjman's deputy chief-of-staff Vesna Skare-Ozbolt.
