MORE THAN 500 000 AUSTRIAN TOURISTS EXPECTED TO VISIT CROATIA

( Editorial: --> 2265 ) VIENNA, Mar 25 (Hina) - Croatian Tourist Association representatives in Austria Wednesday organised in Vienna a presentation of the tourist offer of Zadarska, Sibensko-Kninska, Splitsko-Dalmatinska and Dubrovacko-Neretvanska Counties. According to Zeljko Toncinic, director of the Association's branch office in Austria, Austrian tourists were the first from Western Europe to return to Croatia after the war. Last year there were 450,000 and were the fifth most numerous among the total number of foreign tourists in Croatia. Austrians are expected to arrive in even greater numbers this year.
