ZAGREB, March 19 (Hina) - The Russian Foreign Minister Eugeni
Primakov will on Thursday arrive in Croatia for a working visit as
part of a tour to increase Russia's role in the region.
In talks with Primakov, Croatia will advocate further
strengthening of bilateral relations between Croatia and Russia
kindled recently by the exchange of letters between Croatian
President Franjo Tudjman and Russian President Boris Yeltsin, said
Croatian Foreign Ministry spokesman Zeljko Trkanjec.
He added that Croatia's relations with Russia are very high on the
list of strategic priorities and Croatia is interested in
strengthening relations between the two countries in all fields.
Primakov will on Friday talk with Croatian President Franjo Tudjman
and Foreign Minister Mate Granic.
