Speaking at the last session of the committee in charge of organising the funeral of the Croatian president today, Matesa said the event was organised in the best possible way. The event was attended by several hundred thousand people, and not a single incident happened, Matesa said, reiterating his thanks to the Croatian people, who, he said, had demonstrated a high level of conscience.
