ZAGREB ZAGREB, Dec 2 (Hina) - A two-day seminar on Europe's fight against narcotics began in Zagreb Thursday. Besides Croatian experts, the seminar is attended by representatives of the Council of Europe, Great Britain's Government
and Stockholm University. Opening th seminar, Croatian Justice Minister Zvonimir Separovic stressed that Croatia was in every way demonstrating its active membership in the Council of Europe, and was participating in the solving of all aspects of the global fight against narcotics. Separovic said Croatia, as the entire world, was facing a continuous increase of use of narcotics and addiction, as well as crime connected with narcotics. In relation to the year 1991, the number of persons registered for the use of illegal drugs rose by about ten per cent, Separovic said.(hina) lml mm
