ZAGREB, Nov 8 (Hina) - Marinas in Rovinj, Jezera, Skradin, Milna on the island of Brac, Vrboska on the island of Hvar and Korcula, conducted by Adriatic Croatia International Club (ACI), have applied for qualifiers to win "Blue Flag"
- a covetous ecological prise of the Council of Europe. This prize is conferred by the Council of Europe Foundation for education for environmental protection on beaches and marinas. So far Croatian ACI marinas in Opatija, Umag, Cres, Vodice, Split and Dubrovnik, have received "Blue Flag". This prize is given for the protected environment on a beach, unpolluted sea, secure surroundings and high-quality tourist services.
