ZAGREB, Oct 12 (Hina) - The Stability Pact for Southeast Europe task force for security will hold its first meeting on 13 and 14 October in Norwegian capital Oslo. Croatia will be represented by the national coordinator for the
Stability Pact, Assistant Foreign Minister Vladimir Drobnjak. It is expected the task force will create two sub-forces, one for the judiciary and internal affairs, and the other for defence and security. The judiciary and internal affairs sub-task force will tackle reforms of the penal legislation, the modernisation of the police, fighting terrorism, organised crime, and corruption, and the modernisation of border control. The defence and security sub-task force should discuss reductions of military capacities, civilian army supervision, civilian armament supervision until measures of mutual trust have been introduced, the prevention and settlement of

It is expected the task force will create two sub-forces, one for

clearance.
The task force for economy held its first session in Bari, Italy,
last week. The Oslo meeting will be followed by a task force meeting
on democratisation in Geneva on 18 and 19 October.
