SARAJEVO/BANJA LUKA, Oct 5 (Hina) - The Republika Srpska Serb Radical Party will again have to request permission to participate in the 2000 elections in Bosnia-Herzegovina, but the replaced president of the Bosnian Serb entity,
Nikola Poplasen, and two other senior party officials will not be allowed to run in the elections. According to the Bosnian Serb television on Tuesday, this decision was adopted by the Office of the High Representative (OHR) and the Organisation for Cooperation and Security in Europe (OSCE) Mission in the country. The two other party members who will not be able to run in the elections are party vice-president Mirko Blagojevic and spokesman Ognjen Tadic.
