ZAGREB, July 2 (Hina) - Croatia's flag carrier Croatia Airlines on Friday said its planes in the domestic traffic were now flying without any altitude restrictions. At 05.00 am Monday (June 28), after a three-month recess, the air
space of the Republic of Croatia was completely open, so that Croatian Airlines planes could fly again at all heights and through all corridors just as it had been the case prior to the air strikes of NATO against Yugoslavia (Serbia/Montenegro). The Croatian company added it had registered a decrease by over 20 percent in the number of passengers during the NATO operation. It expects that a normal course of air traffic would positively effect this tourist season and bring an increase in the number of passengers as well.(hina) ms
