ZAGREB, April 19 (Hina) - An international agency for business information and credit rating, Dun and Bradstreet (D&B), has granted Croatia DB5b credit rating, which is the same as the month before. DB5b rating puts Croatia in the ninth place among 24 other countries in transition from central and eastern Europe, the D&B representative for Croatia, the Zagreb-based firm BonLine, reported on Monday. According to D&B official data, a decrease in industrial production, investment activities and export was reported in Croatia in the past several months. According to D&B, a drop n import was the result of Croatia's relatively tight fiscal and monetary policy. Although the short term investment risk environment in Croatia is stable, a slowing economy and an uncertain political outlook mean that the country's indicator remains at DB5b.
