parliamentary delegation, headed by vice president Vladimir Seks, on Saturday arrived to India for a visit to last several days. This is an official return visit at an invitation of both houses of the Indian parliament. The Croatian delegation was welcomed at the Indira Ghandi airport in New Delhi by Indian counterparts, of whom some visited Croatia in July of 1997. During the visit, the Croatian delegation will hold talks with the highest ranking officials of the Indian parliament, Indian Vice President and Upper House president Krishnan Kant, and Lower House president G.M.C. Balayogi. The delegation will also meet members of several Indian parliamentary committees, and expected are meetings with high ranking government officials. The Croatian delegation will vi
