Ferguson told a press conference in Sarajevo that the shells exploded at 1:30 am on the parking lot in front of the building where the office is located. Nobody was injured in the explosion but one vehicle was damaged. Ferguson said that the Office harshly condemned the attack, and demanded an investigation from local authorities, adding that measures should be undertaken to prevent similar incidents.
