HR-LOWER HOUSE BRIEF NEWS BULLETIN IN ENGLISH NO. 3198 HINA ZAGREB, MARCH 10 LOWER HOUSE ENDORSES RATIFICATION OF SPECIAL RELATIONS AGREEMENTZAGREB, March 10 (Hina) - Representatives of parliamentary benches at the Croatian National Sabor's House of Representatives on Wednesday endorsed the ratification of the Agreement on Special Relations between Croatia and the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Commenting on the proposal, the MPs, though, presented a number of warnings. The Agreement on Special Relations, said Foreign Minister Mate Granic, reinforces the sovereignty and the quality of being a constituent people of Croats in the Federation, as well as the territorial integrity of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Once the Agreement on Special Relations and its annexes are ratified, it won't be possible any more to accuse Croatia of interfering with Federation's and Bosnia-Herzegovina's affairs.
