ZAGREB, Dec 8 (Hina) - The Croatian parliament's House of Counties on Friday continue its 50th session by a discussion on government's draft amendments to the law on health insurance. The amendments are important for the functioning
of the health service, Croatian Health Minister Ana Stavljenic-Rukavina said. The House of Counties will not discuss a package of four tax laws included in today's agenda. The laws, on general taxation, tax counselling and income and profit taxes, were endorsed by the House Representatives, therefore I am taking them off the agenda, president of the Upper House Katica Ivanisevic said. Representatives of the House of Counties will also voice their opinion on a draft state budget for 2001.(hina) it
