ZAGREB, Nov 26 (Hina) - Between November 23 and 25, Croatia's First Deputy Prime Minister Goran Granic paid an official visit to Nepal, where he held talks with King Birendra and the highest Nepalese officials about the cooperation
between the two countries, the Government's public relations office said in a statement on Sunday. During a meeting in the capital of Katmandu, Granic and King Birendra discussed bilateral and multilateral cooperation, the statement said. Granic also held separate meetings with Nepal's Prime Minister Prasad Koiral, his deputy Ram Chandra Paudel, the parliament's upper house's speaker Mohammad Mohsin and Foreign Minister Chakra Prasad Bastola. The Nepalese officials showed interest in cooperation in power chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
