There were small delays at some places but it is usual, OSCE (Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe) mission's spokesman, Luke Zahner, said on Saturday morning. The 2.5-million-strong electorate is voting for a new composition
of the state parliament and the two entities' assemblies. Voters in
the Croat-Moslem Federation cast ballots for ten cantonal
assemblies, whereas the election of the new president and vice-
president of the Republic of Srpska is being conducted in the Serb
entity.
Voters should decide on a new make-up of the municipal council of
the eastern town of Srebrenica.
44 parties, one coalition and several independent candidates are
standing for the elections.
