ZAGREB, Oct 18 (Hina) - Commenting on motions by Croatian President Stipe Mesic regarding draft amendments to the Constitution, dating October 16, Croatian national parliament speaker Zlatko Tomcic, who is on an official visit to Finland as of Monday, told the Croatian Television on Wednesday evening he had no information on this issue at the moment. "I don't believe that communicating over letters is a good way of communication. In any case, to sit at the same table is a much better option than to exchange letters. I don't see an agreement on the constitutional amendments as an issue of any concession by anyone.
