SLAVONSKI BROD, Oct 13 (Hina) - Croatian border police late Thursday night caught 12 Turks passing illegally the frontier between Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia. The illegal immigrants, caught in Slavonski Brod, were hidden in a
special compartment within a truck with Bosnian licence plates, driven by Zehrudin Salihovic, a Bosnian citizen. Slavonski Brod-Posavina police reported that Turkish citizens had no documents on them and they wanted to pass through Croatia on their way to the West. Charges were pressed against truck driver Salihovic and his companion Emir Mulavdic. The Turks were taken to the magistrates' court in Slavonski Brod.(hina) jn ms
