ZAGREB TOURIST CARD INTRODUCED

ZAGREB, Sept 7 (Hina) - The "Zagreb Tourist Card" which enables an unlimited use of public transportation, ropeway and funicular railway, as well as discounts in Zagreb's museums, galleries, theatres, stores and others, was introduced in Zagreb's Esplanade hotel on Thursday.#L# A "Zagreb Card" is valid for an adult and a child under 12 years of age, within 72 hours from the moment it was purchased and the cost of the card amounts to 60 kuna (DM15). The owner of the Zagreb Card would pay 10 to 50 percent less for museum tickets and would receive a catalogue with the list of discounts in four languages. The Zagreb Card can be purchased in Zagreb's tourist information centres and in the majority of Zagreb hotels. The tourist card has already been implemented in numerous European capitals. Tourists who are to visit Zagreb will have better opportunities to see Zagreb's sights. (hina) it jn
