SINJ, July 12 (Hina) - An as yet unidentified person was killed in a car accident which took place in Hrvace near Sinj, southern Croatia, around 1 p.m. on Wednesday. The driver of a car with Slovene licence plates was trying to
manoeuvre a bend when he lost control over the vehicle and hit a truck with Dubrovnik licence plates which was coming from Sinj. There were no passengers in the car. The driver was killed on the spot. The accident closed the Zagreb-Split D1 state highway for two hours, Sinj police reported.(hina) ha
