Representative Wolfgang Petritsch in this southern city a day before. Petritsch also held talks with SFOR local commanders and Mostar Mayor Safet Orucevic, at his request. The talks revolved around the situation in Mostar and the furtherance of cooperation between international officials in the country and local authorities in the city of Mostar. Finn Lynghejm added that local authorities of the federal canton "Herzegovina-Neretva" and the city of Mostar signed an agreement on the joint offices for the cantonal government and city authorities, following long negotiations. Finn Lynghejm added that local authorities of the federal canton
