ZAGREB ZAGREB, May 26 (Hina) - The most comprehensive exhibition of Jewish artists from Croatia so far called "Dream and Scream", was opened Thursday evening in Zagreb. The exhibition, which includes over 200 pieces of art made by
Jewish artist from late 19th and early 20th centuries, was opened by Croatian Deputy Culture Minister Biserka Cvjeticanin. President of the Zagreb Jewish Municipality Ognjen Kraus said that the "Dream and Scream" exhibition demonstrated the openness of Zagreb's culture and the Jewish community in Croatia and confirmed their communication proved by many joint cultural initiatives. Explaining the name of the exhibition, "Dream and Scream", its author Tonko Maroevic said he named the exhibition after the two pieces made by great Jewish artist Oskar Herman.(hina) it mm
