ZAGREB, April 19 (Hina) - Croatian Telecom will introduce ISDN (Integrated Service Digital Network) services in the fixed telephone network in five regional centres, Zagreb, Osijek, Rijeka, Split, and Pazin, on April 25. ISDN enables
users to have several communication channels for sound, image, and data transmission over one telephone line, which means that users will be able to receive faxes, telephone, or use the Internet at the same time. To install ISDN, Croatian Telecom supplies the user with the Network Terminal, a device to add to the telephone line. Croatian Telecom will offer three Network Terminal models. The first digital ISDN telephones and small home switchboards will be presented in May.(hina) ha jn
