Tihomir Blaskic on Friday. Jelavic said that the sentence of 45 years in prison was unjust. He called on the ICTY to examine the decision and expressed hope that the sentence would be lessen. "General Blaskic cannot be an aggressor in his own country, he was born in Kiseljak and he cannot be aggressor in central Bosnia-Herzegovina", Jelavic said. He added that the Croatian Council of defence (HVO), as an armed force of Croats in Bosnia-Herzegovina, could not be an aggressor in its own country.(hina) it jn
