ZAGREB, March 2 (Hina) - Leaders of the trade union of reporters employed with the "Vecernji List" daily on Thursday distanced themselves from charges which this newspaper pressed against Croatia's Deputy Premier, Zeljka Antunovic. In
February the "Vecernji List" supervisory board filed a suit against Antunovic who said that there were indications that this daily had been bought by "laundered money". It sued her for libel over those remarks. Unionists reporters said workers in no way took part in decisions which the supervisory board made. They stressed that neither "Vecernji List" journalists nor small share-holders were included in that board. that it is necessary to establish who is the owner of this daily.
