SARAJEVO, Feb 28 (Hina) - Croatian President Stjepan Mesic is the first high official who has unambiguously supported the return of refugees to Republika Srpska, Banja Luka Bishop Franjo Komarica said. Commenting on his recent talks in Zagreb in an interview to the Sarajevo-based 'Dnevni avaz' daily, Komarica said President Mesic was fully aware that he should play the leading role in the process of return also to the Bosnian Serb entity. "The international community has been saying that the return of Bosniaks and Croats here is possible only after Croatia allows the Serbs to return. President Mesic was very resolute when he made public that all refugees should return to their homes and that Croatian authorities would support the organised return of Croatian Serbs, however, not any more on a voluntary basis but in line with the principle of property rights," Komarica said.
