the stands that international borders cannot be changed are known.
Besides, Mesic and the U.S. State Secretary considered the Dayton
peace agreements and the cooperation with the Hague-based
International War Crimes Tribunal (ICTY). In this context, Mesic
told Albright that the "guilt should be individualised, suspects
brought before the court as there is too much collective
frustration."
The last item of their meeting was the return of refugees and the two
interlocutors agreed that all have the right to come back to their
homes.
