one concrete proposal for a personnel government reshuffle, announcing the ruling five-party coalition would resume talks on internal relations next week. The leaders of the five parties met today to discuss what has to be done to improve relations within the coalition and its performance in view of successfully completing the mandate, Racan told reporters after the three-hour talks. "We had a serious discussion in this direction and shall resume it next week," said the PM. Asked if demands for a personnel government reshuffle had been made, Racan said he had been willing to hear each concrete idea and proposal but that none were forthcoming.
