ZAGREB ZAGREB, Oct 23 (Hina) - A three-day international seminar of the Central European Initiative (CEI), "Heritage, Tourism, Development", started at Zagreb's museum 'Mimara' on Tuesday. The seminar, to focus on the position of
cultural heritage in the globalisation age, is attended by some 60 domestic and foreign museologists, restorers, archivists, librarians, experts on tourism and international relations and sociologists. Attending the event are some 20 guests from Albania, Bosnia, Italy, Great Britain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, France, the Netherlands, Yugoslavia, Macedonia and Poland. Tomislav Sola, a professor at the Zagreb Faculty of Philosophy,

Frans Schouten of the Dutch National Tourism Institute will address
the seminar tomorrow with a lecture on heritage and tourism.
On the last day of the seminar, October 25, Britain's Catherine
Croft and Stuart Davies will hold a lecture on heritage and
development.
The Croatian Culture Ministry has coordinated the CEI National
Museum Network in Croatia, which organised the seminar.
