The SPS accused both the Serbian and Yugoslav government for "being responsible for what is going on in Vojvodina," but claimed most responsible were Serb Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic and Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica. The Vojvodina Parliament Speaker, Nenad Canak, received a four- member SPS delegation, requesting early election. Canak answered such a move would be "counterproductive" because there were "far more important problems to be solved." (hina) js
