ZAGREB, July 20 (Hina) - The Interior Ministry (MUP) will arrest one Hague war-crimes tribunal indictee, whom police have failed to capture as yet, in line with a new injunction by the Zagreb County Court's investigating judge, the
MUP spokeswoman, Zinka Bardic, said on Friday, not wishing to reveal the court's directives. Bardic declined to say which measures the police would take in order to bring the Hague indictee before the court, or if the new injunction contained an arrest warrant. Zagreb County Court vice-president Damir Kos said today the court's investigating judge had issued "a new injunction asking the police to undertake further measures and activities envisaged by law" to capture the Hague indictee, for whom an arrest warrant was issued last week. Kos too did not want to comment further on said activities.(hina) np ha
