SKOPJE, July 15 (Hina) - The international mediators for Macedonia, Francois Leotard and James Pardew, on Sunday continued negotiations with representatives of two Albanian parties, DPA and PDP, who passed the amendments to a frame
document a day earlier, seeking a wide official use of Albanian language, a decision making process by consensus and a right to local police forces. After the meeting, a DPA Vice President, Menduh Thaci, said the most important Albanian requests had been discussed again. On Sunday afternoon the mediators, Leotard and Pardew, should meet the leaders of Macedonian parties VMRO-DPMNE and SDS. The Defence Ministry reported there was no violation of cease-fire in crisis areas.(hina) np ms
