According to Zagreb policy, Danijel S., a 23-year-old self-declared skinhead, was inebriated when he started hitting two Romany brothers, aged seven and four, with his fists and feet. The boys managed to escape. Their father reported the assault but refused to take them to see a doctor. Danijel S. was arrested.
