The government also believes Ortynski's apology was a moral act
which could help overcome the negative effects on Croatia's

Prime Minister Ivica Racan stressed, however, should Ortynski
repeat such behaviour, the government would be obliged to initiate
the procedure of relieving him of his duties.
The government adopted the conclusions with the majority of the
vote. Public Works Minister Radovan Cacic abstained from voting.
