PODGORICA, June 29 (Hina) - Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic said on Friday the hand-over of former Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic to the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY) "is a logical and expected end of a completely failed policy which did much evil to the region, particularly to the Serb people in the region in the past decade." The head of the Montenegrin state, who is on an official visit to Switzerland, told Montenegrin Radio Milosevic's hand-over opened the possibility that other suspects would be handed over and be able to present their defence. Djukanovic believes Milosevic's hand-over cannot have a more serious effect on relations between Serbia and Montenegro.
