Milosevic to the International Criminal Tribunal for former
Yugoslavia (ICTY) "is a logical and expected end of a completely
failed policy which did much evil to the region, particularly to the
Serb people in the region in the past decade."
The head of the Montenegrin state, who is on an official visit to
Switzerland, told Montenegrin Radio Milosevic's hand-over opened

Djukanovic believes Milosevic's hand-over cannot have a more
serious effect on relations between Serbia and Montenegro.
"We know that these relations are at a low level and that they
deserve a serious and, I would say, radical redefinition. We have
presented to Serbia a project on how we see those relations in the
future and we expect the dialogue to continue," he said, adding he
was nevertheless a cautious optimist as regards the possibility for
Montenegro and Serbia reaching an agreement on the model of
functioning of a federation of independent states of Serbia and
Montenegro.
