war crimes tribunal in The Hague. A local radio Radio B92 was first to report this information. The radio cited a source who requested not to be named. The source said Milosevic was extradited to The Hague after an afternoon government Serbian session. "Milosevic is this afternoon on his way to The Hague and is completely under the tribunal's jurisdiction," the source told Radio B92. The ICTY (International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia) has issued an indictment against him in connection with atrocities committed by Yugoslav forces against ethnic Albanians in Kosovo in 1999. The indictment is likely to be extended because of his liability for aggression against Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina in early 1990s and war crimes committed by his fol
