specially equipped aircraft Andover C MK1. On behalf of the Croatian Armed Forces General Staff, Major General Josip Culetic said the Open Skies project strengthens the international confidence of arms control and security, and Croatia as fulfilled all conditions it was set to sign the agreement. This furthermore confirms that, although restricted by financial
and technical frameworks, Croatian commissioned and non-
commissioned officers and ministry officials can participate as
equals in the technically more demanding mission of such kind with a
NATO member-country, the ministry said.
