Leutar. The chief suspect, Ivan Andabak, and the sixth indictee, Mario Milicevic, are tried in absentia. Andabak is accused of having directly organised and planned the assassination. He is currently in custody in Rijeka, pending a trial for drug trafficking. Milicevic is on the run and a warrant for his arrest has been issued. The six are indicted of terrorism under the Bosnian Federation criminal law. Out of political reasons, and with the aim of undermining the constitutional order of the Bosnian Federation, the indictees organised and carried out the assassination on Deputy Minister Leutar by planting a bomb in his vehicle, the indictment reads.
