ZAGREB, June 4 (Hina) - A delegation of the Croatian ministries of defence and foreign affairs headed by Defence Minister Jozo Rados will attend a meeting of countries participating in the South Eastern Europe Defense Ministerial
(SEDM) project in Salonika on June 5-6, the Defence Ministry said on Monday. SEDM is an initiative which was launched in Tirana in March 1996. Its basic goal is regional cooperation in defence intended to expedite the integration of participating countries in transatlantic structures, NATO in particular. The Salonika meeting will focus on the challenges of security in Southeast Europe and the conditions for Yugoslavia's joining in the SEDM project.(hina) ha
